Understanding Frame Dimensions
On every pair of glasses there are 3 measurements on the inside of the temple: the lens width, the bridge width and the temple width.
- Lens Width: left to right of the lens
- Bridge Width: between the lenses
- Temple Width: length of the arms
Here’s a trick: if you have an old pair of glasses or sunglasses, measure them to give you a perfect reference!

Choosing Your Frame Size
This is the size of one lens from left to right. If you have an old pair of glasses or sunglasses, measure them to give you a perfect reference!
This is the size of the bar between the two lenses. If your old glasses sat too high on your nose, the bridge was too small. If they were constantly sliding down your nose, the bridge was too wide.
